My kit has no instructions?
-Instructions can be found inside the kit. You can also find a detailed demonstration video on our YouTube channel, simply click on the YouTube link below.
My light won’t turn on!
-Please remove the clear plastic piece from under the batteries. Place both batteries back in plus side up, that will activate the light.
My maintenance pen doesn’t work!
-The pen has an air seal for shipping purposes. It can take many twists to break through that. You will start to see the air bubble get smaller as you twist until the gel is dispersed.
My package shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it…
-Please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
What is the status of my order?
